MARKETING & CONTENT
Vocation & Co. is a growing group of bar venues across the North West of England, where Vocation Brewery’s award-winning beers are served alongside quality food in stylish, welcoming spaces. While each bar has its own distinct character, I ensure the identity remains consistent across all locations. Working in a fast-paced environment, I regularly produce a variety of marketing and content materials that help bring each venue to life— visually and experientially. From printed menus and flyers to social media campaigns and promotional emails, I’ve developed a strong grasp of design for the hospitality sector.





With four venues and more on the horizon, Vocation & Co. continues to grow while offering something unique in each space—from elegant lounges to rooftop terraces. Each location blends contemporary design with a subtle nod to the brewery’s roots. My role involves creating tailored visual content that captures the individuality of each venue while maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Every request is an opportunity to evolve the brand’s presence, ensuring each design is not only on-brand but also engaging and effective in drawing people in. Whether it’s a one-off event poster or a full venue rebrand, I approach every project with attention to detail and a clear understanding of audience appeal.



Peak seasons bring a surge of activity, and I support the team with a wide range of print materials designed to increase visibility and drive bookings. These include special menus, flyers, A-boards, posters, and in-venue handouts.
My designs often feature playful, eye-catching illustrations that stay true to the Vocation brand while capturing the fun, relaxed energy of each venue. These materials are strategically placed, from high-footfall areas to tabletop displays, to maximise impact and customer engagement.



Alongside print, I develop digital assets that support our wider marketing campaigns. For instance, during our Valentine’s promotion, I created a suite of content including targeted promotional emails, digital flyers, and website graphics. These were used across social platforms and booking pages to boost reach and encourage reservations.
Our digital strategy blends creativity with consistency. Whether it's an Instagram story or a hero image for the bookings site, I ensure every piece reinforces the brand’s tone and visual style, while aligning with campaign objectives. We continue to evolve our digital output, using insights from past campaigns to refine and enhance our approach.



Each month, Vocation Brewery collaborates with another craft brewery to produce an exclusive cask beer. I work closely with the brewing teams to bring the cask clip to life, designing a visual that captures the essence of both brands.
To mark each release, Vocation & Co. hosts a week-long Tap Takeover, featuring a curated selection of beers from the partner brewery alongside the new collaboration cask. I support the event by creating a suite of promotional materials—social media assets, posters, and A-boards—that highlight the partnership while maintaining a consistent brand presence.
Each takeover is a fresh creative challenge, allowing me to experiment with new visual styles while keeping the design instantly recognisable as part of the Vocation family.
